Lunchtime is from 12.00 to 13.00.
Drop off and Collection
Schools have a duty to safeguard children in their care. Having systems in place to make sure they are dropped off and collected safely is an important part of this. If you are not picking your child up from school, pleaser telephone the office to ensure we know who it is your child is being collected by - we will not release them if we do not know this information in advance.
Please also note that smoking on site is NOT permitted (either cigarette or e-cigarette).
Dogs are also NOT allowed on site, for the health and safety of the school community.
Valuables
The school is unable to take responsibility for the wearing of watches or any other jewellery. Please ensure your child does not bring any valuable or precious items to school.
Mobile phones, tablets and other valuables must not be brought in to school.
When sending in money please place in a sealed marked envelope. No responsibility can be taken for money left in the corridors.
Garland Junior School
Our gates open at 08:30 and all pupils need to arrive by 08:40 when our learning commences.

If you allow your child to walk home alone (Year 6 only), you will need to sign and complete a permission slip at the office.
